Conference Venue

The conference venue, Congress & Exhibition Centre Levi Summit, provides a unique setting for meetings and conferences. Multipurpose facilities and hi-tech equipment make Levi Summit a first-class venue for diverse events from small, private occasions to conferences for more than 400 attendees and exhibitions for up to 1000 attendees.

The 435-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art theatrical equipment and a concert-quality sound system forms the cornerstone of the congress centre. In addition there are conference rooms that can simultaneously host up to 1000 attendees.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome reception will take place at Hullu Poro Restaurant Sky on Wednesday November 26th starting at 18.

Banquet

The banquet took place at Sámi Restaurant on Thursday November 27th starting at 19. It included a delicious Lappish menu with local dishes:

Taking the gondola cabin lift is the easiest way of reaching the Congress & Exhibition Centre Levi Summit from the Levi village. The gondola operates daily from 10:00 until 19:00 and it costs 4,5 eur/person/day for the conference guests. The gondola tickets can be bought from the hotel reception. Guests staying at the Levi Panorama hotel get a free gondola ticket for each 24-day they stay in the hotel.

The Welcome Reception and Banquet restaurants are within walking distance from the gondola (approximately 500 meters). Bus transportation is organized back to hotel Levi Panorama after the Welcome Reception and the Banquet.
